About Us
Karla Nunez was born in Los Angeles County in the city of Huntington Park California. At the age of 16 her parents decided to move to Hesperia California. She graduated from Mojave High School with a Major in Business Management and Banking and Finance.
Her first place of employment was High Desert Federal Credit Union in Hesperia CA. She worked there for 11 years and left the Credit Union as a Member Service Supervisor.
In 2006 she moved to Kern County, Rosamond CA. There, she continued her banking career with Antelope Valley Bank a Division of California Bank and Trust where she worked for 7 years as a Financial Services Representative. During her time there, she received many certifications and recognitions in finance and the local community.
Although her main career was in Finance, she grew up in a home where her mother was a knowledgeable and a renowned immigration consultant since the late 70’s. Helping immigrants apply for Amnesty in the early 80’s during President Ronald Reagan’s administration. Karla’s mom Carmen Elisa Aguilar known as “Isa” helped immigrants navigate complex immigration processing for over 45 years and has become a respected figure in the immigrant community.
In 2017 after her mom’s retirement, Karla started her journey in the immigration consulting business obtaining her Secretary of State Immigration Consultant License in August of 2017.
Karla, alongside her mother, has built a successful consulting practice, focusing in family immigration, VAWA, U visas, and naturalization. Karla lives in Rosamond CA.
